One, Ilchi, and Reality

One is the first number. It’s the beginning and also the ending at the same time.

In cosmic terms, we start from the One and go back to the One. So, One is birth and is also death. Birth and death, beginning and ending, light and dark — these are some of the essential polar opposites that make up our reality.

The Korean character “Il” means “one”, so Ilchi Lee also shows these basic principles of reality in his name. “Il Chi” means “pointing the way” in the sense of pointing to the one path, the best option, the only way to go.

One of popular script on Buddism says, ‘What is seen is empty’. Modern science proves this because everything is made of just wave. Our brain shows many different wave frequency. When we feel good, it means it is on a certain type of frequency. This frequency affect again our thought,emotion,action then physical and mental health. The wave even affect others or are affected by others. That’s why many leaders say “we can create, can be, can have no matter what it is.” Everything is created and disappear because ‘What is seen is empty’.

Those who live a successful life experience this principle deeply and utilize it. They are creating what they want. They are focusing on it, keep the positive imagination. In other words, they are the owner of their brain.

Ilchi lee: Images of falling-down

Personally I have a weird experience with my memory. Since my childhood, I often have similar dreams at night. Those are images about falling down in many places. Specially when I went to a higher place or climbed up a high mountain, the images of falling-down made it difficult to sleep. But I couldn’t understand why. I just guess there is something in my memory or my brain. I don’t know what to do about it.

Recently I started practice of ‘Brain Wave Vibration’ created by Ilchi lee everyday. 1 hour a day. Then nowadays I’m feeling my brain becomes fresh and clear little by little. Specially some physical signs show up on my head. A little bit of ticking,,, all day long. I’m feeling that is a kind of healing sign. That means the scary memory is leaving from my brain.

I will keep this practice for 100 days watching my brain changes. I’m confident on the effects. I hope many people get the benefits from it. Good Luck to you~

Through the eyes of space beings

Like a sci-fi movie, when I view our human species through the eyes of space beings, I don’t feel proud of ourselves. What we have achieved last century alone is amazing–technologies enabled us to send rockets to other stars. But what’s happening in our planet, our consciousness, our environment? Those beings may consider us primitive specie–killing each other, killing other beings for food and pleasure (hunting), and destroying our home planet. How can we create new culture for our next generations? Do we have hope?

Climbing into my past

This morning I went hiking, and climbed a big rock near my house. Well, it’s more than just a “big rock” since it’s a major tourist destination, and really beautiful. No, it’s not Plymouth Rock! I’m on the other side of the country now It was Bell Rock, in Sedona, AZ. When I got to the top, I looked out into the sunrise and did some exercise. I was reminded of when I first began my Dahn practice two years ago, and how fresh and exciting the world was. It was August, the sun shone brightly, and I woke early to walk a mile to the 7am class.

Dreams forbode truth…

I had a weird dream the other night. I was running away from a mysterious black cloud. Today I walked out of class and I was running away from the rain. It’s weird to see how sometimes dreams can forbode reality.

It’s interesting to see how our brain plays such a vital role in our lives, yet we seem to deny the potential of the brain.
