I heard we have three kinds of bodies. Physical body, Energy body and Spiritual body. Everybody knows physical body. Some people knows energy body because they feel it. How about spiritual body? Ilchi lee: To live a creative and free life

Most of people has certain negative emotions in their mind or brain. Whether they recoginize it or not, that emotion may manifest itself someday because it attract such an energy from universe. That’s why we need to release that kind of energy through exercise. Usually those emotion stays very deeply in our mind so we need deep and consistent training. Ilchi lee recommends ‘Brain Wave Vibration’ for this purpose. Becuase through this exercise we can go deeper into our mind then help us recover to our pure status. When we are doing an exercise, we can feel a cosmic energy and it flow away the negative things from our brain. Then we can live a creative and free life as we want.

Ilchi Lee : Three lives

In recent lectures, Ilchi lee says “We have three lives, one is physical life, second is social life and last is spiritual life.” We are familiar to ‘Physical life’. And ‘Social life’ is about social relationship or recognition in society. Many people work hard to get better social life.

But the previous two lives are in the process to get the last one, ‘Spiritual life’. He urges that we need to grow our spiritual life. That is not that vague. Through proper exercises, we can achieve it. Our brain is the key to the way.

Ilchi Lee: Focus and Attachment (I)

This is a part of teaching by Ilchi Lee on Focus and Attachment.

Let’s say that my brain remembers some intense pleasure. Then it will want to reproduce that pleasure. Or, if it remembers some intense pain, it will want to avoid that pain. For example, if a person has satisfied her need for recognition and control, and so has the pleasurable memory of feeling better as a result, her brain will try to satisfy those needs again, to receive recognition or control others. If someone had a very intensely painful experience with a hard training, his brain will want to flee in fear on just hearing the word “hard training”. Human beings have bodies, and so they have pleasures that come out of their desires. They have desires for food, sex, sleep, leisure, and they have an ego; they also have the pleasure of feeling better when they satisfy these things. Physiologically, the brain seeks to reporduce those pleasures according to the information that is stored in it.

As a result, it concentrates on various desires in ways that are different from what I intend. That concentration doesn’t drop off easily, either. They lay hold of my mind and won’t let go. This is attachment. And they seek to avoid pain in circumstances where pain is anticipated. That’s why resistance arises in my brain when I want to concentrate on my wish to do a hard training. This is the brain’s emergency brake. All of these pheonomena arise based on the memories and animal desires of the brain. At such times, I am unable to concentrate as much as I would like to concentrate. To put it another way, the brain is focused by emotion and desire. My mind is led about by them.

Ilchi Lee: Listen to feeling

In this morning, I tried to focus more on the feeling of body when I did Brain Wave Vibration method. When a thought came up in my brain, I spent more energy to bring my wandering mind to my own feeling. Then I could feel my body is changing. Specially I could feel my feet’s temperature is up and down with some tingling or tickling because of better circulation around them.

The Brain Wave Vibration is helping me recover my immune system. I will keep this training method consistently in this year then recover my long problems such bad circulation around my feet, hands and eyes. I’m confident on that because I’m already feeling it little by little and many practitioners are reporting big changes after taking trainig from Ilchi Lee. Let’s practice~

Ilchi Lee: Deep inside

Every morning, I am practicing ‘Brain Wave Vibration’. Specially in this morning, I experienced a brain stem purifying image. As we know, many things start happening from imagination. And as we believe it more strongly like real things, it attracts energy to manifest itself. Finally it happens. That’s why imagination is important.

But is it possible to imagine what we have not seen or heard before? It doesn’t seem that easy. But when we practice deeply, we can be connected to deep inside of brain, then we can imagine what we have never imagined before. Because we are connected the deeper inside of brain than neo-cortex (thinking or memorizing area in our brain). The deeper part is brain stem. In most time of a day, we are not aware of this part. But through practice, we can go there and feel it.

Brain Wave Vibration created by Ilchi Lee will help us experience this. When we are connected to the brain stem, many things like miracles can happen. Today I heard a story of an old woman. She always moves her body without control because of some suffering memory in her childhood. So her hope in life before death is to feel a peaceful calmness. But through Brain Wave Vibration recently, she could stop her moving body then feel deep comfort. Let’s take back our brain~

Ilchi Lee: Brain Wave Vibration (DoRiDoRi)

Brain Wave Vibration is very easy to learn. Ilchi Lee says, it takes just one minute is enough. Simple version is as following.

1.Sit on a chair or half-lotus posture comfortably with eyes closed.
But straighten back not leaning on the chair or wall.

2.Relax shoulders and neck, start shaking head slowly and gently.
You can shake left and right, up and down, infinity sign, anyway you wants.

3.Follow your own feeling of moves, vibration and energy. Let the feeling spread over your whole body.

4.After about five minutes, stop your motion slowly. Bring your mind into your lower abdomen.

5.Breathe deeply three times. Specially focus on breathing out.

6.Keep your eyes closed and feel vibration through your body and brain.

7.When you feel bright and refreshed in your brain, imagine shapes you want. Or Imagine Good habits, Vision or Dream you wish.

Just do it with belief on the effects, anytime, anyplace. Within a month, you will feel a big difference~

Ilchi Lee: Miracles

There are many miraculous stories about the effects of Brain Wave Vibration. One story I heard recently is that a practicing mother is curing her daughter suffering from R.E.T.T., who couldn’t walk or sit on chair by herself for last 20 years since she was born. When I heard this story, I felt some tears on my eyes. Because I could feel their suffering, beliefs and love.

Nowadays I’m doing a practice focusing on Brain. As I do it more and more, it becomes easier to feel my brain. So during a day, I’m trying to keep my brain at good and clear status. Because everything I’m thinking of,feeling or doing is done by brain.

Ilchi lee’s new book, ‘Brain Wave Vibration’ says about ‘Brain Integration’ and its effects. When our brain is integrated, our health gets better at first. Next, it becomes easier to control our habits. The third is an inspiration, which means being connected to the original answer within us. As we get healthier, we want to change our life naturally then we get a question about the origin or purpose of life. All of these processes can be solved through a practice, ‘Brain Wave Vibration’.

‘The secrets’ book is very popular and it tells about the law of Attraction. But now there is a practical way to utilize that law more easily and step by step. Let’s practice ~

Ilchi lee: A Conversation

Have you hear about Brain Education? Brain Education is a method to conversate with our brain. As we recover the natural status of it, it’s becoming easier to receive messages from brain. It gives us a solution in many ways if we just keep asking and trying to listen to. The ways can be various. In my cases, it often happens in bathroom ^^. I think I’m in a status of relaxed concentation good for receiving a message.

Ilchi Lee says, there are 2 ways to conversate with our brain. One is an accepting way, which is more focusing on listening to the voice of brain. The other is more active one, which is to input a certain purpose to brain then let it work for the purpose. It is utilizing our brain as a great gift.

Ilchi lee: What is seen is empty

One of popular script on Buddism says, ‘What is seen is empty’. Modern science proves this because everything is made of just wave. Our brain shows many different wave frequency. When we feel good, it means it is on a certain type of frequency. This frequency affect again our thought,emotion,action then physical and mental health. The wave even affect others or are affected by others. That’s why many leaders say “we can create, can be, can have no matter what it is.” Everything is created and disappear because ‘What is seen is empty’.

Those who live a successful life experience this principle deeply and utilize it. They are creating what they want. They are focusing on it, keep the positive imagination. In other words, they are the owner of their brain.

Ilchi Lee: Fun of watching

As I practice ‘Brain Wave Vibration’, I’m enjoying the watching myself. My thought, my feeling, my behavior,… When they are changing as I intend, I feel happy. In many cases, we are living affected by tons of information from outside. So our emotion are up and down, Our lives move without direction. If we have the control over the information from outside, it will be OK. But the reality is different. What we see, what we hear, what we read,… are affecting us consciously or unconsciously. We can say, successful life depends on this. That’s why I feel happy when I’m watching I control the information in my brain. Because it has been difficult so far.

Practice based on Brain such as ‘Brain Wave Vibration’ created by Ilchi Lee is so effective. Let’s do it together~.

Make your brain strong.

When you repeat this process several times, your brain changes from a weak brain to a strong brain. That is how to grow your soul. Reading books or getting more knowledge might help you do this but what is really important is taking action. The true joy of your soul can be greatly earned through experience.

Ilchi lee: Images of falling-down

Personally I have a weird experience with my memory. Since my childhood, I often have similar dreams at night. Those are images about falling down in many places. Specially when I went to a higher place or climbed up a high mountain, the images of falling-down made it difficult to sleep. But I couldn’t understand why. I just guess there is something in my memory or my brain. I don’t know what to do about it.

Recently I started practice of ‘Brain Wave Vibration’ created by Ilchi lee everyday. 1 hour a day. Then nowadays I’m feeling my brain becomes fresh and clear little by little. Specially some physical signs show up on my head. A little bit of ticking,,, all day long. I’m feeling that is a kind of healing sign. That means the scary memory is leaving from my brain.

I will keep this practice for 100 days watching my brain changes. I’m confident on the effects. I hope many people get the benefits from it. Good Luck to you~

The pain is hope

When you feel pain, that is the signal that says, “ Now you are growing.”  Beyond the pain, there is great benefit for you. The pain is hope. That is how to manage your brain. That is how to control your brain.

When you feel pain, you know it at once. It maybe the fiery sensation of a burn moments after your finger touches the stove. The pain, in its most benign form, warns us that something isn’t quite right, that we should take care of our body. At its worst, pain keeps us from having productivity, well-being and, sometimes, the lives.

However, without pain, our brain will not register potential dangerous situation. There is a fine line. You should face the pain which accompanies your growth, but at the same time, you should not push yourself too much. You don’t need to rush your improvements.

No pain no gain

One of the Ilchi Lee’s favorite quotes is “No pain no gain.” He uses the term a lot when he gives lectures.

When you do hard training, you might feel pain and difficulties. But, the pain you feel gives you power.  If you give up, you will not progress.

No pain, No gain. When you feel pain, say “thank you” and take one step forward.

Then you will grow.

I looked up Wikipedia about the phrase and I found this explanation:

No pain, no gain is an exercise motto that came into prominence after 1982 when actress Jane Fonda began to produce a series of aerobics workout videos. In these videos, Fonda would use “No pain, no gain” and “Feel the burn” as catchphrases for the concept of working out past the point of experiencing muscle aches.

The bodybuilding community adopted the phrase. It expresses the belief that solid large muscle is the result of training hard and suffering sore muscles repeatedly.

I like this motto. No pain no gain. This might not be a phrase which only applies to physical exercise. Throughout our life, we should always keep this in mind.

Ilchi lee: A Daily trip

Yesterday I happened to read a book on my bookshelf, ‘Chicken soup for the soul’ I found a short writing of an old man. he wrote, ‘if I live another life again, I want to take more trips’. Everybody likes trip or journey. Because it gives us a break from daily routines, new experience, refreshness, relaxation, peace, inspiration, willingness, leading to a new decision, ….

When I look back my time in college, I have been to many places with friends for camping, circle activity ,…. At that time, we didnot sleep at night, instead talked a lot, sang a song, played many games,…till late at night or early in the morning. It was a time of being just happy.

The place I live now is so beautiful. Oneday a thought came to my brain. Wow, my daily life can be an exciting trip. It depends on my thought. It needs just my awakening or recognition. If I’m a master over my brain, I can tell it, ‘Now I am during an exciting trip. Just be happy and create whatever I want’. Now I’m on a trip ^_^
