Heightened Sensory Perception

Through meditation and Brain Education programs, individuals may be able to attain a high level of consciousness known as heightened sensory perception, or HSP. Once practitioners have reached this state they may be able to perceive things around them that others are not aware of.

While the mental state is well documented, it is poorly understood by science. To rectify this situation, author and trailblazer Ilchi Lee recently signed a research agreement with scientists at the Center for Neural Science at the Korean Institute of Science and Technology.

The 2005 agreement between Lee and Hee-Sup Shin, president of the Center for Neural Science, is intended to further scientific understanding of how individuals are able to attain a state of HSP and what exactly is happening in their brains while they are in this state.

Lee has long championed the study of such phenomena. He says that every individual has the potential to achieve this beneficial state of mind through practice and hard work. Brain Education programs may also prepare a person's mind for the increase in sensory input experienced when they achieve HSP.
