Good detective stories

Ilchi lee writer of books like Healing Society and Brain education, he writes that the same goes for your mind. Even those of us who are aware that our bodies are not truly us, often mistakenly believe that our minds are what we truly are. Wrong! You’re personality, your knowledge, your wisdom, your emotional makeup, your thoughts, your method of deduction and induction, all these are not who you truly are. You are not a quick-tempered Latino male with a penchant for computer programming who enjoys football games on weekends and good detective stories.

You are not a patient, virtuous woman who has good judgment and shrewd mind when it comes to “too good to be true” offers. These characteristics are not you. You are not here on this Earth in human form to be some kind of a cosmic newspaper personal ad. Do not reduce yourself to what your body and mind consist of. You are far greater than that. You are eternal. You are infinite. Your True Self is the cosmos itself. Don’t ever fall into the trap of thinking that you are your physical and mental self.

Precious and useful property

These lines written by Prof Ilchi Lee

Do not be a slave to either your body or your mind. The true master of you is your True Self. Most of us are trapped behind this mistaken belief that our bodies are us, that our faces, races, ethnic groups, height, girth, aches, and pains are actually us. No. An emphatic no! Your body is yours, not you. You are here to utilize the body you happened to be born with in this lifetime for whatever purposes that your True Self has in store for you.

Your body is a precious and useful property, nothing more. When you are done with your current life, you throw it away and move on. Your physical body is not the reason for which you are born, no matter how beautiful or strong. Prof Lee says if you live through your life thinking that your body is what you are, you are a slave to the needs and appetites of your body, and will seek to satisfy those until you die. Instead of mastering your body, you will have spent your entire life being mastered by your body.

My True Self

Published by: Ilchi lee

Think back. What have I done today? Whom have I met? Have I committed any deceit? Have I hidden my True Self again? Have I represented myself falsely? Have I been truly honest with myself and with others? When you can answer yes to this last question, you are on your way to cleaning out all the dirt you have so far accumulated.

Ilchi Lee writes the road to your True Self lies not through logic and calculations, but through choice and discipline—the conscious choice to take that road, and the discipline to stay on it in the face of obstacles. So, sweep off the dirt and the grime that’s pretending to be you. Let your True Self shine through.

Repeat the following:

My body is mine, not me.
My mind is mine, not me.

Anti-Aging Treatment

Posted by: Ilchi Lee

The illustration of Lecithin to stay youthful, take lecithin. Besides reducing the cholesterol level in the blood, there is growing scientific proof to suggest several other benefits from lecithin. It has been recommended that its intake in satisfactory amounts can help reconstruct those cells and organs that need it. Lecithin helps to maintain their health once they are repaired. It may mean that a shortage of lecithin in the diet may be one of the causes of ageing and that its use may be beneficial in retarding the ageing process.

With older people Ilchi Lee thinks the fats remain high in the blood for from five to seven hours and in some cases as long as 20 hours, thus giving the fats more time to become located in the tissues. If lecithin is given to older people before a fatty meal, it has been found that the fats in the blood return to normal in a short time, in the same way they do in younger people.

Vitamin treatment for Anemia

Posted by: Ilchi Lee founder of Dahn Yoga

Vitamin B12 is a must for put off or curing anemia. This vitamin is typically found in animal protein and especially in natural meats like kidney and liver. A heavy meat diet is often linked with a high hemoglobin and high red cell count, but it has its disadvantages. One cause of anemia is intestinal putrefaction, which is primarily brought on by a high meat diet.

Moreover, all meats are becoming increasingly dangerous due to widespread diseases in the animal kingdom. There are, however, other equally good alternative sources of vitamin B12 such as dairy products, like milk, eggs and cheese, peanuts. Wheat germ and soybeans also contain some B12. Vegetarians should include sizeable amounts of milk, milk products and eggs in their diet.

For prevention of anemia, it is essential to take the entire B-complex range, which includes B12, as well as the natural foods mentioned above. Eating ovo-lacto products, which are complete proteins, and which also contain vitamin B12 is good insurance against the disease. Brewer’s yeast is a good source of complete protein.

Prof Lee says
a liberal intake of ascorbic acid is necessary to facilitate absorption of iron. At least two helpings of citrus fruits and other ascorbic acid rich foods should be taken daily.

Mention must be made of beets, which are extremely important in curing anemia. Beet juice contains potassium, phosphorous, calcium, sculpture, iodine, iron, copper, carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, B1, B2, niacin B6, C and vitamin P. With its high iron content, beet juice regenerates and reactivates the red blood cells, supplies the body with fresh oxygen and helps the normal function of vesicular breathing.
