Ilchi Lee: A restaurant
Yesterday I had a dinner in a restaurant with friends. That restaurant is my first time. There are so many people. All employees worked very hard, very fast. And they have many special things making their store successful. For example, woodfired pizza, proper size of food, professional attitude of employees, their own tasty brewery, open kithen let guest see how they make food,……
It makes me think that we need to take care of not just one item but many special things to be successful. Of course there are priority. For example, as a restaurant, basically food should be delicious. But with a mastership, we have to take care of everything.
Yesterday I had a meeting on starting a new project at work. If we take care of it in many directions well, it must be successful. A few days ago, I picked up a good fortune cookie in a chinese restaurant. It says, ‘Success will be in starting a new project at work’. I chose to belive it. One of Ilchi lee’s principle of practice is ‘Mind to Matter’. Now we have a Mind. Then we will make it ‘Matter’.
