Ilchi Lee: Earth
Many people share they see an image of Earth when they do meditation. I think they are connected to the deep inside of brain, which is brain stem at the very moment. And brain stem is connected to the higher or global level of consciousness like level of Earth. During ‘Brain Wave Vibration’, we can feel it easily. And also, if the place for meditation is more beautiful, the effect will be deeper. Sometimes Ilchi lee goes to meditation trip with his practitioners. Through that trip, they feel very deep inside of themselves.
In my case, I like to go hiking. Because I live in a very beautiful place. Whenever I go outside, I do a practice feeling nature, the earth. It’s one of my best times. Last weekend, I went up to a top of a hill then lied down on a flat rock looking a sky. I did several exercises there. Let’s practice within a Earth ~
