Ilchi Lee: Brain Wave Vibration (DoRiDoRi)
Brain Wave Vibration is very easy to learn. Ilchi Lee says, it takes just one minute is enough. Simple version is as following.
1.Sit on a chair or half-lotus posture comfortably with eyes closed.
But straighten back not leaning on the chair or wall.
2.Relax shoulders and neck, start shaking head slowly and gently.
You can shake left and right, up and down, infinity sign, anyway you wants.
3.Follow your own feeling of moves, vibration and energy. Let the feeling spread over your whole body.
4.After about five minutes, stop your motion slowly. Bring your mind into your lower abdomen.
5.Breathe deeply three times. Specially focus on breathing out.
6.Keep your eyes closed and feel vibration through your body and brain.
7.When you feel bright and refreshed in your brain, imagine shapes you want. Or Imagine Good habits, Vision or Dream you wish.
Just do it with belief on the effects, anytime, anyplace. Within a month, you will feel a big difference~
