Brain and Exercise

I can always think more clearly after I do meridian exercises. I can connect to a deeper level of understanding inside myself :)

    I find the same benefits of meridian exercises. All of my body, including my brain for thinking and feeling, benefits from them. Our body-mind-spirit system is related to the brain. So, if my brain feels better, that all of me feels better.
