Power of the breath
When you start to feel overloaded with the world
Just close your eyes
Take a deep breath
In through the nose
Gently out through the mouth.
Deeply feel the breath move
Into your body
Spreading warm fresh energy all the way through
Revel in the tingling
Then comfortabley release
Washing out your body and brain
Create your peace and harmony from
Within.
