This year I’ve been learning a lot about the meaning of home. When I first started Dahn practice and did deeper exercises to focus inside of myself, I often had the urgent feeling of trying and wanting to go home. Over time I realized I had many homes in the world: in my parents’ house, wherever my family was, at any Dahn Yoga center or Dahn-affiliated meditation center, or in my apartment/bedroom. Then one day during an exercise I could feel my soul even more deeply and I realized that I was already home. My ego felt most at home when it was in tune with my soul, my soul was at home in my body, and at the same time my soul was connected to the rest of the universe. So everywhere was home.
